200 grams pomelo, white fresh
7 each bird eye chilies
5 each garlic cloves
¼ cup thinly sliced small eggplants
2 tbsp. sliced lemongrass
1 tbsp. palm sugar
2 tbsp. pla-ra (boiled liquid of pickled fish)
½ tsp. nam-pu (fermented crabs)
1 tbsp. dried shrimps
1 tbsp. roasted peanuts
How-to
1. Coarsely pound the garlic and chilies in a mortar.2. Add the palm sugar, pla-ra liquid and nam-pu, and pound until well mixed.
3. Add the pomelo, and coarsely pound.
4. Add the lemongrass, eggplants, dried shrimps and peanuts. Stir until well mixed. Serve in a bowl
