5 each shallots, roasted
2 tbsp. dried fish, pounded
1 tbsp. pla-ra (pickled fish), grilled and minced.
25 grams tua-nao (soybean fermented), roasted
½ tsp. salt
How-to
1. Pound the garlic and salt together.2. Add the dried chilies and dried fish, pound until mixed.
3. Add pla-ra and pound until mixed.
4. Add tua-nao, and pound until mixed.
5. Add the shallots and pound until well blended. Serve with vegetables.
